PM-G13A Atmospheric plasma treatment machine is a portable device, it is just about 30 kg. It is single nozzle for treatment width 35-80 mm. When using plasma , you can connect the nitrogen or compressed air according to your need. In general, compressed air can reach good effect for almost material. But for some particular material, nitrogen can get better effect. PM-G13A plasma treater can combine with conveyor to reach high productivity.

Plasma Technology is widely apply in medical industry. Such as the infusion catheters, medical stents, infusion bags, medical dialysis tubing. These products are make of non-polar material which with low energy and low tension, so it is difficult for some industrial process , such as printing ,bonding and coating . While plasma technology can change these material from non-polar to polar.

After treated by plasma , material surface hydrophilic and wettability is improved, it can solving the problem of ink come off from material and improve the bonding strength.
