In general , outside LED screen surface is tin-coated for protect LED scratch and moisture-proof.
But it can’t last long time,it will be damaged finally, while LED screen is high cost , one small piece LED (200 mm*200 mm) cost 500 USD . A big LED screen is consist of many small LED , so it is very expensive. In order get a best protection , the LED screen need dispensing the three anti-glue, which can water-proof, anti-dust and anti-corrosion.But it is failure when glue dispensing on LED screen surface where is tin-coated,the surface is very smooth and with poor adhesion.
At this situation , plasma is play an important role , it can activate and modified the tin-coated surface that make surface rough, but it won’t be damaged the LED screen,the come out plasma is just about 45℃and it can be touch .After treated by plasma treatment machine, glue bonding strength is improve that achieve permanent protection.
