PM-G13A Atmospheric plasma surface treatment machine is a portable device, it is just about 30 kg. It is single nozzle for treatment width 35-80 mm. When using plasma, you can connect the nitrogen or compressed air according to your need. In general, compressed air can reach good effect for almost material. But for some particular material, nitrogen can get better effect. PM-G13A plasma treatment machine can combine with conveyor to reach high productivity.

Glass fiber is an inorganic non-metallic material with excellent performance. There are many kinds. The advantages are good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, but the disadvantages are brittleness and poor wear resistance.

Due to the limitations of the PC, it cannot meet the needs of actual use in some occasions, so people begin to use glass fiber to strengthen polycarbonate. The reinforced and modified polycarbonate has high mechanical strength and is suitable for injection, extrusion and compression molding. Its excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability make it suitable for applications with extremely high mechanical properties.

Because of these properties, glass fiber reinforced PC materials are difficult to bond. Cleaning with a plasma surface treatment machine before bonding to the glass can solve this problem well. Various physical or chemical changes occur on the surface of the glass fiber reinforced PC material by low-temperature plasma surface treatment machine, resulting in etching, etc., to form a dense cross-linked layer. Or introduce oxygen-containing polar groups to improve the hydrophilicity and cohesiveness, so that the surface is changed from non-polar, difficult to stick to a certain polarity, easy to stick and hydrophilic, which is beneficial to the next bonding process.

After the glue is applied, it needs to be cured by UV light irradiation, so that the products produced in this way are not only firmly bonded and beautiful, but also greatly improve the product quality of the sight glass.
