PM-G13A Atmospheric plasma cleaning machine is a portable device, it is just about 30 kg. It is single nozzle for treatment width 35-80 mm. When using plasma, you can connect the nitrogen or compressed air according to your need. In general, compressed air can reach good effect for almost material. But for some particular material, nitrogen can get better effect. PM-G13A plasma treater can combine with conveyor to reach high productivity.
Nowadays, many furniture need edge banding which seems more beautiful and refinement. We make deal with a customer who make the PP door and need edge banding with PVC. They using the PUR hot melt adhesive, but it can’t be bonding well. At that time, they fine a solution which is using the plasma treatment before edge banding. We provide the machine make a demo before purchase in domestic. So we take the plasma device to their factory make a trail. The demo is very success and customer place order at that day.
