The GD-125 Vacuum Plasma Cleaner has an intermediate frequency power supply of 40 kHz and a radio frequency power supply of 13.56 MHz for customers to choose. And it can be connected to two kinds of gases. The equipment has self-developed integrated control system software, PLC and touch screen control, which is convenient to operate. With a large processing space and high stability, it can be used for large-scale continuous production.

The nickel tube is used as the roller of the printer and needs to be sprayed after the plasma cleaning machine is treated. Firstly, the traditional washing method can not completely remove the stain, therefore the surface of the tube will be attached with a small amount of oxide and organic matter. If these problems can not be solved, it will lead to the surface of the tube producing some bubbles or poor spraying effect.
