Cold-rolled sheet is a product made of hot-rolled coil as raw material, rolled at room temperature and below the crystallization temperature, and is mostly used in automobile manufacturing and electrical products.
The cold-rolled sheet has good surface quality and high smoothness. In order to prevent corrosion, we will conduct surface treatment before use, one is electrophoretic paint treatment, and the other is galvanized sheet. When the crystal water is baked after electrophoresis, the crystal water will be detached, causing the phosphating film to peel off to a certain extent, and the treated surface will affect the secondary adhesion.
When we use AB mixed glue for bonding, it is easy to open the glue, not firm, and the problem of poor bonding strength. In order to solve the bonding problem of cold-rolled plates, we usually use a vacuum plasma cleaning machine to treat the surface, and introduce reactive gases. While cleaning and activating the surface, complex chemical reactions occur and new functional groups are introduced. These functional groups are all active groups, which can significantly improve the surface activity of cold-rolled sheets.
